I liked that the employee put on a new pair of gloves to make my sandwich after helping another customer at the register. Shows me that they take cleanliness very serious. I did feel sorry for the employee working there as he was all by himself trying to handle the lunch crowd on a Monday. But he was still friendly and fast.

I was in there for almost 20 minutes before she even said one word to me. Very bad representation of subway and she needs to rethink her career in customer service.
