  super dissatisfied! pami was taking my order abs has the nastiest attitude i’ve ever seen! rolled her eyes at me and refused to let me use my points for a free entree because she “didnt know how to add it” when she was wearing a black manager shirt!!! &’ was on her phone the entire time, whoever runs this store should check the cameras &’ youll see. looked like she was high off of weed! yuck! i was trying to look around to figure out what i wanted &’ she was rushing us out of there abd taking food out of our bowl with her hands when we paid for extra meat!! i think i was waiting at the checkout for about 5 minutes while she was just on her phone! worse service ever. i will make sure me nor my whole family or friends ever come back to that qdoba while shes working there !!!

  Yesterday I ordered my food and everything from the flavor to the service was five stars! Today, the manager was in and my experience was completely different. He was rushing and confusing his staff and me. Trying to do too many things. Plus he kept speaking Spanish to train and was making it seem as if the staff were doing things wrong. Mind you these are same people that did my exact order perfectly yesterday. As the staff member who prepared my burrito 🌯 was about to roll it the same way she did yesterday, he told her not to do it and explained to her in Spanish that she has to be careful about how she did it. He rolled my burrito and it’s a mess. The filling is still falling out everywhere. And he used two foils. I came back because I expected the same perfection I received yesterday. I am fluent in Spanish so I proceeded to tell him that my order was perfectly yesterday. Anyway, I hope I can get a schedule of when the manager is there so I don’t come on those days. Staff need to be respected in every language and should be trusted to do a great job! Not micromanaged when they are already going above and beyond.

  Manager and staff were incredibly kind, store was clean, well kept, and the workers were efficient. Highly recommend this location

  I went to get a bowl tonight and Abby made my bowl she was very kind and patient and very attentive I will be back solely based on my experience tonight !
