  Ordered 4 pizzas for a company meeting and was guaranteed a delivery time twice—yet the order never arrived. When I called, I was told “we use DoorDash, so we don’t know when it’ll get there,” and was left on hold for over 12 minutes with no follow-up. I had an entire office waiting. I ended up driving to the store to pick up my own order after paying a delivery fee and tipping 20%, only to be told they “don’t know how to process a refund.” It is not the customer’s responsibility to navigate third-party delivery issues—your business is still accountable for fulfilling orders as promised. I expect a full refund of the delivery fee and tip. If you require reliable and timely delivery, I strongly recommend considering other options. Response to the owner - why would I have to e-mail and go through another process and waste additional time when the right and simple thing would be to have me call the store and have the manager (who I'm told is Kelly) handle it?

  The last time I went to this store it wasn't as good as it used to be. That was about 8 months ago. I was craving a pizza and they had a large for $10 with 3 toppings. When I opened it up it smelled a little funky. I ate a couple of pieces and it even tasted funky. Not rotten but it was never the pizza smell that I remember. Luckily, I was able to pawn the rest to my neighbors. This was the nail in the coffin for me. Until this day, just the thought of this pizza just makes my stomach churn. It's too bad that Pizza Hut took a good product and ruined it. Same thing with Papa Johns. I'll choose a frozen pizza over what Pizza Hut has to offer.

  I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this Pizza Hut location!!!! It has all the basics of the great family pizza joint I frequented from the 80's thro the 2000's but is like a ghost town!!! And there's no salad bar or beer service. I just drove by it at 12:45 during the lunch rush time. It should have been packed like all the restaurants surrounding it, but the parking lot was empty. I feel SO SAD that such a cherished pizza house that I loved in Calif and Florida is dying... 🫩

  I've been purchasing pizza from this Pizza Hut since I moved to this area. I'm a points member and yesterday I tried ordering through my app, but it kept telling me that my credit card was not accepted. So, I decided to call the store (about 4:50 PM) to place my order. A guy with an accent answered and started to take my order, but as soon as I mentioned that I had trouble with the app, he hung up on me. If this rude guy was my employee, his last day of employment would have been yesterday. In any case, I decided to order online and placed my order using the same credit card. However, I'm not sure I'll be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

  Ordered the tavern the description didn’t match the look “Crispy, square-cut, and topped with cheesy garlic Hut Dust seasoning”.THIS IS NOT SQUARE CUT! The consistency at this store is it very unconsistent. (Mind this store but I’m a secret shopper)
