  The orange juice was water with a splash of orange juice. They forgot the egg and cheese on the sausage McGriddle. Took 3 trips to our car to bring the “right” food. I get thy just opened but it’s a chain restaurant. The quality of food shouldn’t be lackluster.

  This use to be the better McDonald’s in Parker, CO (Crown Point location near Red Robin) but not anymore. My husband & I stopped on our way home from dropping our dog for the morning for a very early dental clean. I asked at the drive thru if they were still doing the $1 iced coffee’s & was told “sure, sure what size would you like?” It’s a $1 for any size so I figured we’d order 2 large iced coffees, 1 sausage egg McMuffin & 1 bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. Woman never gave a total just said to drive to the second window. That’s where the trouble began. Apparently they were having cash register issues & couldn’t run credit cards could only do cash. Not a problem, I always have cash. The drive-through woman, same woman that took the order handed me our two iced coffees which we placed in the car. Now we’re just waiting on the food. Drivethru lady is waiting on the food getting ready to tell us to go to parking spot number one (because she claims this is holding up the line & she has 20 cars - there were 3). I then ask for our receipt since I had not paid yet. She tells me it’s $15.20 so I handed her a $20 bill and a quarter (change should be $5 & a nickel right?) Here’s where our math lesson begins. When she handed me the receipt not only wasn’t it $15.20, but it’s $17.34. Not even the right total if coffees are $1 each. They had charged me $2.99 for each iced coffee that was supposed to be a dollar. I’m not sure if she had no comprehension of the English language because I tried to explain all of this to her when her eyes began to glaze over like a deer in headlights. She in her limited broken English tells me “no we don’t have.” What do you mean you don’t have? I just saw the ad last night on TV & you took my order at the drive thru speaker based on my inquiry of the $1 coffees. This was going to be a going nowhere conversation I could tell so I asked for a managing team member. In the meantime, the drive-thru lady is pressing change in my hand telling me she doesn’t have any dollar bills hands me a bunch of quarters & a dollar bill which was also incorrect since she returned $2.66 to me in change (should have been $2.91) based on the overpriced ticket of $17.34 (overpriced iced coffees at $2.99 apiece: she gave the change off of $20 not the $20.25 I had given her - remember she told me the ticket was $15.20 at first but turned out to be $17.34 on the receipt). I’m trying to explain all this to the management team member and she says let me see the coffee. So I handed her both of the iced coffees and she thrusts a five dollar bill in my hand and shuts the drive-through window. At this point, I’m over it and rather than lose my cool over the additional $1 she owes me if you’re taking back the coffees which really gets you no where, we decide to just get our iced coffees at a different McDonalds location. Which we did for a $1 each at the Parker and Main Street McDonald’s. Not only were the staff members at the Crown Point location incompetent and lacking in comprehension but also very rude. We will never come back to this store again. If you’re going to have people run the drive-thru window, they should know how to speak English or at least understand it.

  Love this locations right near my house and the staff is always incredible even when there is a mistake they will fix it immediately and Mariah is always the best along with the rest of the staff will be back again!

  Was going through the drive-through at 9:27 PM tonight and this guy named Joseph That has helped me and my significant other more than two times is such a consistent Night Shift person Joseph is very kind. Joseph has made sure on multiple occasions that our order is exactly how we want it and fresh and within this review that I am writing you guys should give him a raise because no matter how late it is within the night he always brining top-tier service and a top-tier attitude.
