  I don’t understand this place at all. We order food to the most pleasant greeting…”mobile app” huh? “Are you using app” huh? (this isn’t even a full sentence) Finally I start ordering, then he says even louder are you using your mobile app in the middle of my order. I pay and not a single word from anyone. I get my kids happy meals and am then told to pull forward. This happens literally EVERY TIME! No matter if someone is behind me or not. After 11 minutes and 13 cars go through I finally go in, as I usually have to do in this situation. The food had been sitting there for almost 10 mins (by the way, it was a cheeseburger and large fries only, nothing special) my food was cold and soggy fries, on top of that, the happy meals that had also been sitting in my car were made wrong (again, not any special order) This is a very typical experience at this location. I would go somewhere else but don’t want to deprive my kids of their Friday McDonald’s that they get when they get good grades. As usual, nothing will be said or done to remediate this. There is no fix. I will continue to post this message to other sites. The cost and horrible service has become unbearable.

  This may be the best kept McDonald's that I've gone to so far in my life. Everything is done consistently well, and my food comes out fast, hot, and juicy. Seriously, I haven't had a better, juicier Quarter Pounder anywhere else. The folks here know what they're doing! Thank you to this McDonald's for always doing it right when I'm here on my lunch breaks.

  2/28/26-This is one of the few good McDonald's left. They don't have the stupid kiosks and they have a person take your order. He was also super nice and helpful. Customer service still lives at a McDonald's. They also have the soda machines where you get your own drink. The food also tasted above average for a McDonald's. My message to the owner/manager is "please don't change."
