    We came into the Wendy’s in Parker off Lincoln. We were met by the cashier, Rhett. What a nice, friendly, personable young man who looks you straight in the eyes when speaking with you. My husband and I were very impressed by his maturity.

    No idea how this place is still in business. The employees are slow and disconnected. They don’t greet customers. There’s zero sense of urgency, and half the time I have to tell them what i ordered. Whoever is responsible for training these workers has failed them miserably.

    They're good WHEN they take your order. Have tried twice in the past week (around noon - 1:00 pm) to go through the drive thru and I don't know if it's the AI ordering or workers not wanting to work, but have received zero response after waiting for 5 minutes and even asking , "hello?"

    I was very impressed by the employees for keeping their cool. The lady in front of me took over 10 minutes to order at the drive thru because she keep kept changing her mind. And then, when she got up to the window she changed her mind again about what she wanted to drink. The employees handled a frustrating situation way better than I did. My food was great and the order was perfect!
