    Went through drive through the lady at the window is extremely rude. My order was completely messed up and when I asked a question about it I got ignored. Never will return to this location again

    El restaurante estaba vacio y se enojaron porque llegamos y nos trataron con desprecio en especial la gerente o encargada. No era hora de cerrar faltaba mas de hora y media. Me sorprendió mucho su actitud y pregunte si estaba cerrado pero me miro y me ignoro y se fue.

    Edit: The answer to my dilemma, is this place does not multi-task. My order of frosty and chili was on hold, while the whole team made burger-fries-soda orders. When the team couldn't speed up the single order they were working, they just stood there. The frosty machine stood idle until my turn. The chili ladle was untouched until my order. Fair? Maybe. Fast? Not a chance. Original: Another super-slow restaurant that's supposed to be "fast food" enough that I am able to get the food and eat in 30 min. I worked across the parking lot, and they couldn't give me enough time to eat. Doordash and all the cars are served first, then walk in customers. They really weren't busy, it wasn't rush hour. The manager did talk to the cashier for a while as I waited to put in my order. They didn't have to cook anything, but there was no sense of urgency, like at McD's. Does anyone get more than a half hour for lunch? How do people drive here and eat on lunch hour? Another no- meal evening for me. This place sucks. Subway gives me a much better chance of eating lunch on a 30-minute break. In the same parking lot. A much healthier option with a full portion of vegetables.

    Pretty poor experience, missed all my entrees on pickup, ran back through and got them. When opening the order at home most of the entrees were wrong and drinks were mixed with other sodas too. 50$ for that mess.
