    I ordered on DoorDash from this location. It took them about 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. I was famished by time it arrived. Firstly, they had forgotten my soda, not the end of the world. Then I opened my sandwich. The bread was old and dry and actually hard. Still I tried to eat the sandwich. I’m really sure something in the sandwich had gone bad, it tasted rancid, and I’m praying I don’t get sick from it. Also the cookies were burnt. I don’t know how anyone can run a business like this but I guess that’s how they’re choosing to. I’m usually a big fan of subway but this is the grossest sandwich I’ve ever had, from subway or anywhere else. Save yourself and don’t eat here.

    I honestly never had a bad experience here. Most Subway locations are lacking but this location is solid imo. I dont order online tbh, but the last time I was here the two young gentlemen working were awesome and went above and beyond.

    So I have had a couple of bad experiences here and my wife refuses to come here. We switched to her just getting here on the way home from work so that we did not have to deal with this location. Yesterday I had a taste for a meatball and pepperoni… I get my online order and proceeded to drive to the store which is only a few minutes away. I stood outside for a while and went inside as they were making my sandwich’s. I was not agreed upon answering, which honestly I didn’t expect because when you go in there at night, they typically don’t I approached him when they were nearing completion and asked “could I get a fountain drink since when you order online, it only allows you to choose a bottled drink and do you know that this has been like this for like six months “ they didn’t even give me a solid answer, but said that I could take a medium drink which is what I expected because I’m sure they haven’t been sold out of fountain drinks for six months nor were they today. I despise bottled drinks but if you look at my receipts on each one, I have a bottle drink! Why because the bottle drink is an up charge? Why I was getting my fountain drink I overheard 1 say to the other that I ordered the raspberry cheesecake cookies and then I didn’t hear much else. When I got home, my daughter and I split our sandwich as we always do. My daughter couldn’t get through two bites without complaining of the spice and this sandwich was inedible because it was like they put on six times the pepper of a normal serving, which is ironic because I asked for less pepper. Moving onto my wife’s sandwich… she asked for extra spinach, onions, and extra olives, and she got none of the above requests. After giving up on the sandwich, I reached for my bag of cookies, and instead of the two raspberry cheesecakes that I requested, there was a chocolate chip cookie and one raspberry shortcake. I was standing 2 feet away from them while they were talking about the cookies and they chose not to ask me nor tell me that that’s what they had to do… To let you guys in on a little secret, the problem at this subway is that the owner employees her kids and their friends and apparently they do what they want, are rude and don’t get me started on if you come in for any part of the last 30 minutes before closing because you are going to be made to feel uncomfortable because you’re gonna know that they don’t feel like it. I actually feel bad for the owner because it’s gotta be hard but at the same time this review section is horrible. We shouldn’t have to be subject to this though because you can’t put your foot down.

    This location Customer service is very lacking. Very incompetent employees at this location. Now i see why they have a rating of less than 3. Will Never return to this location
