  Made last minute reservation for five, never been on a Saturday night but even as busy as they were we had a great time, food is always good.

  I was so disappointed with Salt Grass even though the food was good, I was very disappointed that I was told they had prime rib but failed to mention only on Fridays and Saturdays when I made the reservation for 10 people. When we got to the restaurant, waited 45 minutes before we were seated even with a reservation. Then the service was not good. We waited 20 minutes for a server to come to the table; then it took another 30 minutes to have our orders taken. The food came out very slow and on top of that the server was not attentive. It took 20 minutes to get the check and then another 15 minutes to get the credit card receipt to sign and leave The manager didn’t even come to our table. By the time we were seated, the restaurant was not busy and several empty tables. this is not a good place for large parties.

  Service was great. Atmosphere was pretty much neat and simple steakhouse. Food was just "meh." We got the queso dip, which was okay. A NY and Filet. Both cooked fine. Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, salads. Not bad by any means, but not "great."- especially for the price at about $60 per person. It's like sub or par with Texas Roadhouse/chains.

  “I never imagined I would be sharing something like this. On January 29th, 2026, at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Parker, Colorado, my wife and children and I found a cockroach in our food. What should have been a simple family meal became a nightmare. My kids were terrified, my wife is still shaken, and we’ve had multiple trips to the emergency room since. I have reached out to the restaurant multiple times, but they have completely ignored us. I am heartbroken and furious. We are left with trauma, no trust in their establishment, and no answers. Please be warned—this is a cautionary tale, and I will not stop until justice is served. Saltgrass, you will not get a second chance with us.”
