  It's been awhile since I've been to a Papa Johns. I found a $6 coupon for a small one topping pizza and thought I would give them a try. I decided to go in to order just to find out I had to order this deal online. The coupon didn't indicate it had to be ordered online. The person is across the counter from me and expects me to take 5-10 minutes to play around with their app. Even though he was nice about it he didn't offer any further assistance so I just left and went to Jet's pizza for a much better lunch deal. This was last week and I did contact corporate but never heard back from them. I wasn't looking for a freebie but just wanted to voice my opinion regarding their marketing scams. These pizza places make it so difficult to order a simple pizza. Why not just let customers buy a pizza with a simple coupon. There are several pizza places and I have a choice who I do business with. I'll happily pass on Papa Johns and Pizza Hut and not play their games in the future.

  Only half my order was delivered, and it took 3 tries to get a hold of someone, who then left my call on the counter for 8 minutes.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered from this location on Halloween and they were very busy which we understand but we tried to connect to them multiple times to just cancel our order and every single time our call went ignored or they hung up on us. We did finally get the order delivered three hours after we placed it. We ate it and went about our lives. They actually called us a couple weeks after this and apologized which we thought was extremely nice of them and they gave us a code to use for 50% off of our next order. Tonight we decided to give them a second chance and ordered again. To our surprise, the code was no good. But we already had our cart full, so we decided to just order. Shortly after we placed our order,I got a text message saying that our food was out of the oven and would be headed to us shortly. 30 minutes later our food had not made any progress so I attempted to call the store 7-8 different times only to be hung up on every single time I started explaining my problem. All I wanted to explain was that if our pizza had been truly sitting there for 30 minutes that we did not want it. I also tried to call into the customer service line and was told several times that there was nothing they can do because they had to connect me to the store directly. Extremely disappointed in the lack of Customer Service that this store has and the fact that their employees will pick up the phone and say hello and then intentionally hang up on you when they know you are calling with a concern. We will never be ordering from here again. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would never want those employees working for me. There is a reason that this location has such bad reviews.

  This place is a joke….. I placed an online order at 11am for a 5 pm delivery.… 530 comes and no pizza, no one answers the phone at this location. ( I find it funny one of the prompts when you call in is press 5 for. Manager) are there that many issues? I pressed 5 and noone answered I ended up driving to the store to find my order was never processed… but of course my card was charged Will never use this location again… ANSWER YOUR PHONE and stop relying on call centers……
