    I placed an order early in the morning for three party boxes with a scheduled pickup time of 2:00 PM. Just five minutes before my pickup time, I received a call informing me that they didn’t have enough bread to complete my order. This is completely unacceptable. If their inventory was insufficient, I should have been notified much earlier in the day. Extremely poor customer service.

    Ordered delivery and over an hour and a half later I had to call for an update because the app still said “order received”. The person on the phone told me, “at first we didn’t have a driver but then nobody wanted to take it over”. I wouldn’t have received any kind of update if I hadn’t called? I just wanted a sandwich for lunch on my break and if no one is going to deliver it I’d at least like an online option to cancel my order so I can get a refund? Frustrating customer service and missed lunch because of it. Now two hours later and even after talking to the store…no sandwich. (Also my work is only 6 minutes from the store…I just can’t leave because I’m at work but the distance isn’t a variable) :/ All to say: Choose a different JimmyJohns if you want to actually receive your food for delivery.
