Behind him in line were 3 other people. They ordered at that window as well. I waited in my car for twenty minutes as my friend was waiting for his drink this whole time as well as the other three people. As I was parked I was watching how the drive through probably had thirteen seven or eight cars going through. So I got out and asked the two girls that were outside.If they could go inside and check on my friend's drink as well as the three other people.Because it's been a long time.And they weren't getting their orders. I told them it looks like you're all just making the orders for the people in the drive through. She went in and about two minutes later, my friend got his drink. He brought it to the car and it had a hair on it. As well... it tasted like a watered down coffee. It just seems like maybe their focus was on the drive through.But they didn't take one person that could do the other window as well. It was terrible service and I personally won't go back there. A couple years ago I watched undercover boss and it showed the CEO of the Dutch Bros, and he is an amazing man. He wanted everyone to have an amazing experience, and this was completely opposite of that. It just seems like our younger generation isn't customer service oriented. Sad.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
