  I tried to resolve this privately before posting a review, but after two missed follow-ups I feel I need to share my experience. I became extremely ill after eating at this location on 2/28 and had to seek emergency care. I contacted Chipotle customer service to report the situation and was told someone would call me to discuss it. A call was scheduled, but no one ever contacted me. I followed up again and was told someone would reach out a second time — and again, no call or response. I understand things happen but ignoring a customer who reported a potential food safety issue is disappointing. At minimum I expected communication and follow-through. I have eaten at chipotle for many years. And often multiple times a week. After this experience I will no longer be eating at or supporting chipotle. I’m still hoping someone from Chipotle corporate will contact me to address the situation.

  I personally have had nothing but great experiences at THIS Chipoltle location! I have also been to main street in Parker and I have been to the Castle Rock in the Sprouts parking lot location. This location off Cottonwood next to Costco is the difference between night and day. I made it my place to meet the general manager Corbin... who has been present every time I've went in! The place has always been clean and my food was always delicious! I think the most important feature is that they actually have customer service skills in there. For workers of fast food restaurants as well as reviewers... when an employee is kind, that goes a long way! And just last night I went in and the place was clean, there was NOT a long line and everything was organized. I was greeted as well. This night I had a personal issue to deal with and Corbin jumped right in was so helpful for me and my son! This will continue to be my go-to Chipotle! I truly believe that managers from the other chipotles should come there and see the difference. They could learn a lot from this Cottonwood location. Thank you so much for last night!!! - jen

  Staff is not friendly. They were in such a rush even though there was no line. Maybe we should start teaching people customer service? Since they seemed in such a rush I told them all my ingredients at once. And they of course they messed up. I said I’m sorry you guys seemed in such a rush I needed to tell You quickly. No response back. No thank you have a nice day? Who is training these people?

  I ordered 3 churchy tacos and I got one soft? Whats the point of ordering online and you have my order in front of you written out but still fail? Plus you guys are beyond cheap with you cheese, the company makes millions of dollars I'm sure you can spread cheese.

  We go to this chipotle frequently. The staff is typically pretty nice. But this time we went and Tommy and Luke were the nicest and friendliest Chipotle workers I’ve ever come across. So kind and so positive.
