  I assume because of a Snowstorm they were really understaffed. However, the staff on duty worked very hard at being courteous and professional

  Seems like this Arby's is under new management, at least at night! Came here multiple times in the past and lights were off & closed or when they were open the old manager was rude, food was old and stale and very displeasing. NOW they're actually open, food is HOT and FRESH, not just sitting under a warmer for hours, service was great, staff was friendly and happy to help customers!!! I greatly encourage anybody who has had a bad experience here in the past to give this location another try!!!! After eating update, all the food was hot, fresh, the buns were soft and not stale, the meat was actually juicy and not dry! The mozzarella sticks were actually fresh, not old and stale and hard! Fries were fresh as well! All around great expirence, will be getting food from here again in the future! This is the kind of service I remember providing to people when I worked at Arby's almost 10 years ago when I was 18! Thank you for the great turn around, much respect!

  Ordered the half pound roast beef and it was light as hell. I had previously gotten the same thing the day before (from the same location) but it wasn't a half pound and that one felt light too. Plus, the manager lady there, she definitely doesn't seem too happy to be working there considering how frustrated she seemed at me for even wanting to make an order in the first place. Constantly sighing heavily when I asked questions and she just has a very rude demeanor, like if you dont like working fast food then why the heck are you working there? If you actually give a crap about your customers then you'll get more business. No wonder Arbys seems to be dead all the time man, because of people like her. Also, there's a sign by the front counter that says employees are required to have either a hat or hair net on and only one person had his hat on. Not a single person was wearing gloves whenever I seen them making my food. Definitely not coming back to this location, that's alright though, since I've seen numerous comments about them closing early or trying to look like the store is down. You guys must not want business

  Can’t rave about this location enough. I work across the street and every single time I come in they’re consistent, friendly, and clean. I am grateful for the hard working dedicated staff that works here and continues to show up every single day. Great job team!
