    I am fairly disappointed by my experience tonight. Typically, when I order on line, I am directed to a team member outside who verifies my order and then I proceed to the window where I am kindly greeted and given my order in a very timely manner. Tonight, I submitted an order at 9:16pm. We then drove to Chick-fil-A and I didn't see a team member so we proceeded forward to the window. When we got there, everyone was confused. I told them I had submitted a mobile order and they asked for my name. No one could find it. So they sent me back around the line to repeat my mobile app order to the black box. By the time we pulled back around, seven to eight cars were now in front of us. This was really disappointing since we had just been at the front of the line and had ordered online to make it seamless. We then spoke to the black box and told them we had a mobile order. We were asked three times if we had submitted our order under a different name. They couldn't find our order and asked us TO DRIVE TO THE WINDOW! You can probably imagine how furious we felt at this point. It was now 9:46pm. I have a toddler in the back crying for food and we were driving through Parker and still had a two hour drive home. I was angry and told the employees just that. They told me that I had to stop at the black box in order for the order to be captured. But the app's instructions directed me to first speak with a team member or stop at the black box. When I mentioned this, no one seemed to care. They told me the black box was the only way I could get my order. We asked what they'd have done if there were 20 cars in line and was told that people don't usually miss the black box. This seemed pretty rude. To top it all off, I then received the incorrect drink. This just added to the disappointment. This was without a doubt the most difficult experience I have ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I have high standards for this company. If it was truly a pleasure to serve me, why would the employees feel okay sending me back through a long line? Could they not have had me cancel my order and take it right there? And if not, may I ask why? As a new app user, this was not intuitive and resulted in a lot of confusion and frustration. I hope this process can be improved upon so that other new customers don't experience what we just went through. My husband asked for a card to the manager so we could report this experience and the employees laughed my husband out of the restaurant. We will not be returning again and we will definitely be sharing our experience so that no one else receives this horrible treatment. Badly done Parker Chick-fil-A

    Great location, convenient near the hospital, great staff, clean, and delicious food. I've even seen what I think to be the manager being kind to hospital staff that visit, and we love that.

    By far the best location I have ever been to. Food is hot and fresh. Restraunt is very clean. They walk around and ask if you want refills. The staff is so nice.

    Went through the drive thru and the guy with the tablet took my order (12pc grilled nuggets, small mac n cheese, and a diet coke) and swiped my card. When I got to the window they said they didn't have my order and made me pull up my bank account to prove I was charged. My bank account showed that there WAS a charge for 17.31, but because my order wasn't in the system, they wanted to retake my order and RECHARGE my card and told me the initial charge would refund back in 7-10 business days and if not to call them back. Absolutely ridiculous. I left without food and now I have a charge that MIGHT be refunded in a few business days and if not I have to take care of it then??? What type of customer service is that???

    This location is awful for pickup or drive through. A couple of weeks ago I bought two soggy salads and they didn’t get the order correct. I did not eat them and put in the fridge but unfortunately I live to this location about 20 minutes away. I called and spoke with Owen and asked if I can bring the salads and get them remade and he was not willing to to replace. It’s my pleasure to leave a bad review.
