An older gentleman working there began speaking negatively about a customer with other customers after she came in because her order was incorrect. After saying something under his breath to her, she questioned why he hadn’t contacted her and simply asked if he could remake her order. For reasons that weren’t clear, he stopped preparing her order halfway through and told her he was canceling it. The customer then asked for either a refund or ice cream, but she was ignored. The situation escalated, and she began recording—I honestly hope she posts it because the whole situation felt unfair. What made it worse was that two other customers started mocking her as well. I’m not sure what led up to everything, but the way the older gentleman handled the situation was very distasteful. He ultimately refused to give her a refund or provide the ice cream she requested. It became upsetting enough that we decided to leave, especially because it was uncomfortable for my children to witness.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
