That was unexpected with the app. Mcdonald's do better, can't get a refund and it was Mcdonald's app that made the mistake.

I have also ordered twice from the mobile app only to have my order declined after almost an hour and then no other money to buy food else where. Talked to whom ever said they were manager and was told there was nothing that could be done. When I took my frustration to a community face book page I was told by Kallie Kretz that I was lying and bullied off the page till administrators deleted my post. The most unprofessional thing I have ever seen.
