Listen, I don't care if this is one of the few places open after 9pm in Pagosa Springs, good customer service is from open to close. Misty needs an attitude adjustment. Twice in one week I visited this location. Both times Misty was on the rag. I waited at the window patiently the first time for over 5 minutes for my food. When it was given to me it was cold. I asked it to be remade, for the simple fact, what was the wait for? This evening I went to order a slush. Sonic is known for making drinks THE WAY YOU WANT THEM! I was told, I couldnt have my a grape lemonade slush made with lemon syrup instead of real lemons. i told her that wasnt true because I always get the same thing when i order at ANY Sonic, including this one just the other day...And the reason??? Because THATS THE WAY MISTY MAKES IT, SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT HOW ANY ONE ELSE MAKES IT. I saw her through the window speaking to her boss after I told her to cancel the whole order then. Luckily, Andrew ( manager) stepped in after I hit the call button again, initially for her name and the store number. He took my order, and brought it out to my apologizing for Mistys behavior. I know my advice isn't warranted however, 2 issues with the same woman in one week, while all other staff give a delightful experience but shut down when Misty approaches or speaks definitely needs to be looked into and resolved. The food was good after my remake and the food Andrew brought out. Good luck to that team

My family and I waited in line at the speaker for 13 minutes. After saying hello in the speaker and getting no answer, we pulled up to the window and only requested 2 cups of ice. There were 6 employees with a few on their phones and a manager that said “ she wasn’t sure who was supposed to take our order, but we’re gonna have to pull back around and place the order”. This was for 2 cups of ice. She absolutely refused to help us and would not give us the store number or her name. Absolutely, ridiculous way to run a business. She needs to be fired

The experience we had today at the Sonic in Pagosa Springs. This was our first time visiting this location.
My husband ordered two regular Ocean Waters and one diet Ocean Water. When the drinks were brought out, the carhop handed them to us saying they were “diet Sprite” and “regular Sprites,” which confused my husband because that’s not how the drinks are normally presented at other Sonic locations. He politely asked a question to make sure we had the correct drinks.
Unfortunately, the employee had a very rude and impatient attitude throughout the interaction. Even when we were placing our order, we felt rushed and were cut off before finishing, and our total was given before we were done speaking.
When my husband tried to clarify the drinks, the response still felt very dismissive and unfriendly. Since we had already paid with our debit card, we couldn’t easily return the drinks even though the situation felt uncomfortable.
We just wanted to share this feedback because the interaction left a bad impression during our first visit to this location. We hope customer interactions can be handled more respectfully in the future.
