We ordered and she made it out like we were disturbing her by asking questions about cup sizes of the lattes. There was no one in line and only one in the store eating so empty. We ordered two medium "lattes" and served to us literally half full (very lite in weight), almost cold (not at all hot) and sadly bitter in taste. I said to the not happy McDonald employee that it was lite in weight (half full) and cold and she said that is how it came out and looked at us annoyed blank annoyed stare. I wanted my money back but she just went back and gave me exactly the same another shitty "latte" and said that is how it comes out with a just take it and leave. I am going to the day manager later. It's the worse McDonald's experience my husband and I ever had. Very poor customer service skill. I am disappointed and pissed off by being treated that badly. Avoid this McDonald's it's not on point for what I am used to in other places.
