  I didn’t have the best experience this time. The food was not fresh—fries were stale and the portion was not full. The onion rings were overcooked, as shown in the pictures. What’s frustrating is that I waited for the food to be prepared, expecting it to be fresh, but that wasn’t the case. The footlong chili dog didn’t taste fresh either—the bread was off and overall it was just disappointing. The kids didn’t even want their chicken tenders, which says a lot. Food quality really needs improvement, and honestly, it feels like there should be a food safety inspection because this isn’t okay to be serving, especially to families and kids. The only positive was the Ocean Water drink—it was fine. The woman at the drive-thru was polite, so I appreciate that, but whoever is handling and preparing the food needs to do better.

  Waited 25 minutes when there was nobody in front of us. Coney dog was meh and onion rings tasted hours old.

  If you respond on the speaker, I think it's the right thing to take the order right? , I guess they didn't know that because I didn't got a response back when I ordered my food 🙃 o well bk it is 😅

  This is the only Sonic in the area I've had issues with. They take much longer than estimated wait times for mobile orders, twice now they have given me fries that are cold and only half full. Today they took 10 mins past the estimated time to get me just a drink, the ice was almost all melted, and half the drink was foam. She told me that's just how it looks and gave me an attitude when I asked for it to be remade.
