  Ben forgot to ring up one of my drinks but what stood out was how he handled it. He owned it, apologized, and said he’d take care of it. No excuses, just accountability and professionalism. This is is what great service recovery looks like. And it ties directly to something powerful: people may not remember every detail of an experience, but they always remember how you made them feel. That level of ownership and excellent service is what amplifies your brand’s Value! S/O to Ben!!!

  So glad I decided to order from this location vs. the Orchard. My food was ready on time and when they made a mistake they made it right and I felt the employee (manager maybe?) truly felt bad about it. It has been awhile since I ordered but I will be ordering more again after this experience!

  The food made the fam happy but it’s Paula’s top notch service that inspired me to share this location with the world. I love recommendations and since the first one was a hit, I was over the moon when she made time to visit and offer a food sample. Honestly felt like we were old friends by the time we left. Paula is special and I’ll definitely come back again to support her. If you see her, tell her I said Hi!

  Went to the Panera in the Orchards and I ordered bagels then when I got to the point of picking up they had nine and I had paid too, they all of a sudden didn’t have any and did not go out of their way to accommodate anything for me. So then I reached out to.Sean the manger at 120th I and I25 and went above and beyond to make me cinnamon crunch bagels!! You are a super star! Thank you so very much! Customer service was top notch by him.
