This taco bell is bad, high school kids smoking in the lobby and screaming like they were 4 at a park, the place was dirty and smelled really bad I honestly can say the only thing good was my food was not bad, management needed to step up their game here!

Before I say what im about to say, I'd like to direct anyone reading this to head over to my profile for a quick glance. It's just important you know im not the type to complain over petty situations and for the most part, the reviews I feel compelled to leave are of a positive nature, with me raving over the exceptional service I received. So in other words, I'd like to believe my opinions actually hold a bit of merit, unlike most of what you'll find on this platform. Just had an atrocious experience at this Taco Bell. After finishing my meal, I was outside sitting down, tending to some emails that needed answering rather than putting them off until later. I was silent and ensured to impose on no one. A few mins into this, a handful of employees make their way out back in an extremely loud and boisterous fashion, yet unpeturbed... I proceeded to ignore them. For the most part, i didn't hear a word they said... no matter how loud they may have said it. But it eventually became clear that at least one of them was extremely drunk. I remained steadfast and continued ignoring them. I mean, live and let live... right? But then the drunk one proceeded to somersault over the fence, coming just inches away from kicking me. It was at this point that I became invested in their shenanigans, yet I continued to remain silent, opting to avoid potential confrontation. Once I had wrapped up my correspondence, I started getting ready to leave. Right as I began walking away, I decided to inquire as to whether or not the drunk guy worked there, or even worse, if he was on the clock... already knowing the answer to both questions, that being yes and yes. It was at this point things went south extremely quickly. Mariana (might be misspelling her name) lied and said no. She told me it was her uncle, but i didn't press any further. In fact, those two questions were all i had said over my entire time sitting them listening to them yell at each other. That was all it took though for them to begin verbally assaulting me. Calling me "wierd", telling me to "shut up" when I wasn't talking, "accusing me over being indigent due to riding a bike at the time, etc etc. I said very little throughout their onslaught. At one point I muttered, "yall assume way too much" in regards to them telling me I didn't have a car and was in some way lesser than due to this... even though I happen to be relatively well off and simply choose to live by little means. I like riding a bike, so that's what I do... ride a bike. This doesn't make me a POS like they seemed to infer for whatever reason. They were ruthless in their assault while the inebriated guy remained uncharacteristically quiet all throughout. I did my best to let them air out their dirty laundry as I proceeded to simply remove myself from the situation rather than engage further with them. The last thing I said was informing them I would be reporting said encounter, that which I'm doing right now. Gabby, Mariana, and Jared (i think?) were their names and they were all on the clock. I'm hoping GM sees these because none of them should be allowed to work there after treating a paying customer in that manner. A customer who retaliated in no way shape or form. Hopefully you have cameras with audio recording the area between the back of your store and the drive through. If so, just reference those and see for yourself. This all happened maybe 10 minutes ago... (Normally I would proofread this before posting, but I've already expent far too much energy on something I shouldn't allow to effect me as much as it has. So hopefully my remarks make sense for the most part)

Went through the drive through tonight on the way to a meeting. Waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes. Everytime we said hello or tried to order the attendant yelled at us we needed to hang on a minute. No cars in front of us but six behind us we drove through and saw a lady in the second window working on her nails. Yep, that was way more important than taking orders. So we skipped dinner and went to our meeting. Skip this Taco Bell, if that's how much they care about taking your order, I wonder how much effort is going in to making it.

Absolute joke, this place should be shut down. A simple we will be right with you while waiting at the drive thru is enough. Waiting for 15 min with not a single vehicle ahead and a line going to the street behind me is absolutely insane! Drive up to the window and you can see many employees just standing around. This is not the first time this has happened either. Whoever owns tis franchise and the management should be ashamed of themselves!

I went in to wash my hands in the restroom while my family was in the drive thru. The bathroom looked like it was previously used for whatever drug residue that was on the sink and toilet. No fresh toilet paper on the roll, but plenty of bloody tissue strewn around the corners of the room. I went to the counter to let the employees know what I just experienced and it took them almost 5min to even approach the counter just to blow me off with an "oh, okay" like it wasn't their concern or priority. My family had already gotten our food from the drive thru (which if I would have gotten out sooner we would have just kept driving). As we got home we realized we were missing 3 items from our meals and there were substitutions for food we didn't ask for. Ultimately..never going back to this taco bell location ever again. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is a warning to anyone that may be heading this way for a quick meal.
