  It’s 945pm and the lobby is locked and there are 5 teenagers in plain clothes standing inside chilling. Three people have driven up and tried the door and left already while your drive thru is wrapped. Not keeping your lobby open during posted business hours without something posted is not good for business.

  They dilute their beans too much compared to other locations. Bean burritos always runny, no sign of beans. There's quite a few people there who are very kind and helpful.

  If I could give a negative I would. Monica was not interested in helping me after I stood there for an about 10min waiting to talk to someone. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered through DoorDash twice in a matter of 30min and my order was taken both times. By the time I ordered for pickup it was taken again. When I went inside to ask for help or if they would remake it to make it right since there laziness and lack of supervision on the pickup order is the reason people’s food is being taken she gave some stupid excuse why she couldn’t. If the staff wasn’t gossiping in the back and doing their jobs properly this wouldn’t be a continued issue. Take yourselves off DoorDash and find jobs you’re capable of doing.

  I’d give 0 stars if I could. This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Whoever the manger is needs to find a job that actually brings her joy because she is so unpleasant to speak to. I walked in the building and stood there for 6 minutes having her make eye contact with me before having anyone come and greet me. They’re to busy gossiping to supervise the delivery/pickup area that people will just stanch your orders and they will tell you it’s not there fault and you have to report it through us whoever you ordered from. So do yourself a favor and just skip this location all and all.

  Pulled up to the speaker and I attempt to order two things which the employee says we dont have any of those and i say what do u guys have then she says im not doing this shit i just work here nope and she said a bunch of other profanity things and imcredibly rude stuff for no reason I didn’t have an attitude she had the attitude since i got there and literally her face expression said pissed for no reason what shes going through has nothing to do with me she cant be working like that because employees are a representation of the managers and owners and of the store itself i wont be coming back to this location and i took it up with corporate the manager was just as immature and wasnt no help at all taco bell doesnt need these type of people working there worst experience ive ever had at any fast food place!!!!
