I’m not the type to usually do this, but On 12/24 i had just gotten off work (i work across the street at best buy) and i parked my car and went to the window and asked a girl if i could order. she was super sweet and asked me what i wanted, as im going to tell her a young guy came to the window said “we’re closed” and shut the window on my face. There were 3-4 other cars in the drive thru at this time as well so i assumed it was okay to order at the window, as the girl was going to let me. i come to the location quite often considering i work across the way. super disappointed in this experience, especially on christmas eve.

They’re upbeat and kind, and you can tell they care about customer service. That said, the wait times are extremely frustrating. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, but I still ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my drink. It defeats the whole purpose of using the app when the line moves just as slowly whether you order in advance or not. Dutch Bros has great people working behind the counter, but the system needs serious improvement. If ordering ahead doesn’t actually speed things up, it feels like wasted effort.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
