Ordered curly fries with my meal, paid for curly fries with my meal, didn't get curly fries with my meal... Wasn't much of a line, but still took forever, and didn't get even get my curly fries.

When you have a drive thru order, the employee shouldn't turn his back on you while waiting for mozz sticks. Very disrespectful and shows a lack of training on Arby's part.

It doesn't look like the advertised nuggets on menu with big chunks, does it? Instead, it looks little burnt bits. They did taste good, but where's the beef ARBY'S? Very disappointing!

My daughter's California was good, but her onion rings were cold. My chili dog was ice cold and the tater tots were completely unseasoned and cold as well after they were dumped upside down in the bag. The young lady who took our drive through order was the only professional there.
