Even when I order a single item, through the app it often turns into a long delay, and I end up asking for a refund. Drive-through orders are clearly prioritized, while app and counter orders feel like an afterthought, if they’re handled at all.

Because the employees they hired at this location. Jazzy has helped me more than I care to admit by being nice and Nate treated me the same, the other staff as well just don’t know there names but she’s a good person and I’ll risk gaining weight if I help support a company that hires good ppl. And I’m like an influencer so ima influence my friends and followers to support Taco Bell forever
