- SJshawn jacksonSep 4, 20251.0Right in the middle of lunch and no one is manning the store. Sign says be back in 15 minutes. People in line saying they already waited that long. My lunch break isn't that long to stand around waiting for people to show up to work. Luckily there is a Jesery Mike's right next door to save the day!

I’m pretty sure computer systems don’t do that. Bad customer service.

The Italian herb and cheese was extremely hard/ stale. Couldn't even eat it.... took the meat and topping off, put on my own bread. Called several times, no answer......

We were waiting to order, the employee came out of the back, and told us to stop activating the motion sensor. Didn't ask if we were waiting to order. She then came out again to start making online orders and told us she had already asked us to leave. Honestly still in shock and will never be going there again
