The deli representative confirmed and took our order for BONELESS buffalo wings. After driving over to pick up the order and returning home, we discovered they were regular wings, which we can’t eat. When we called to explain the mistake, we were told we’d need to drive back to the store to return the wings in order to receive a refund, and they no longer offer boneless buffalo —rather than being refunded for the inconvenience. This policy appears to be new, as we’ve always ordered their boneless wings in the past without any issue. The representative should've explained the new policy upon ordering. Very disappointing customer service.
