She has an unfriendly demeanor and is not suited for customer service. Every interaction I have had with her has been negative. For example, when ordering food, she puts on significantly smaller portions than the traditional Qdoba experience. When I asked for a little more, she refused and said that she already put on enough. The only comforting thing is that in reading the reviews, I am not the only person to experience this rude staff member. Qdoba, it is time you do a staff review of this store.
