They directed me to the actual Papa John’s store. They kept hanging up on our calls. Had to drive there to talk to a “manager” who was more interested in talking to their buddy at the counter. This whole experience was laughable. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was THAT BAD. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

Door Dash said they delivered our order, but it never showed up. The manager was awesome and reached out to Door Dash on our behalf. They remade the order and asked the driver to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Overall, it was a great customer experience! Thanks you!

I placed an order with them over an hour before closing time and the entire time I was getting updates that my order was on the way. Was taking a super long time so I called the restaurant just for them to say they cancelled the order. Not my fault their staff has incredibly poor time management skills that they can’t prepare two pizzas in more than an hour. ORDER FROM DOMINOS AND SAVE YOUR TIME.
