- B0Bryan 0016 days ago2.0I’m a truck driver I stop here a lot, breakfast is always fresh and hot, the hash browns are crispy and made right never to greasy or undercooked in my experience. The lunch menu I want to give them a 4 rating but every time I order my meal the burgers are hot and fresh but the French fries are stale and gross like they been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday. The French fries are always disappointing even when they just started serving the lunch menu I’ve never gotten fresh fries. The employees don’t really seem to care about giving customer service they’re normally hiding in the kitchen and drive thru area, lots of times I see customers that don’t want to use the kiosk have to stand at the counter and wave someone down to order. The tables and floors from my experience are normally clean, sometimes you sit down to a table with a little bit of ketchup on it and leftover salt from the last customer but for the most part not terrible, I’ve seen worse. The bathrooms I don’t know I normally avoid using public toilets.

It was inedible. I called and even though I ordered through the app and my order hadn't even shown as picked up for some reason, they said I would need to go back in person to get a refund. I submitted feedback through the website already, hopefully I hear back.

The play place unfortunately is freezing in the winter. Service is nonexistent since they installed automated order taking machines.
