    I was hesitant to stop at this Jimmy John's because of all the bad reviews, but I had time constraints and it was the closest. I came here around noon on a Saturday. The employee working the register was having some issues, another person who I suspect might have been the manager helped them. No big deal. Sandwiches were great. It was fast. Everything you expect from Jimmy John's.

    Always have ordered pickup, food quality is top notch. If I could had rated food quality a 6 I would’ve. Friendly and Kind staff as well.

    Placed an order for delivery at 12:05pm on a Monday (12:29). I never received my order, and when I called the store an hour later I was told they can “credit my Jimmy John’s account” but not refund my original form of payment?? This seems sketchy and I am not sure how this is even legal? How can you charge me and not refund me for something I never even received? Supposedly I will be receiving a call back once they “speak to IT and get it resolved”, but I do not think it should be my responsibility to have to jump through so many hoops to get money refunded when I NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD.
