  I’m honestly more frustrated with myself for not going back. I grabbed a fish sandwich this afternoon, and it was completely cold—but I was hungry and in a hurry, so I just ate it. I should have taken that $5.95 sandwich back. That’s not something that should be served.

  I have been traveling for several days. Colorado to Texas and back, a quick turn-around. I have been craving Arby's the whole trip. This has to be the cleanest Arby's that I have ever been in! And it is attached to a truck-stop... I was served by Jessica, she was very friendly and helpful! Gotta have Arby's and driving on I-25 in Colorado? Stop here!

  Public improvement fee? I wasn't happy to see this suprise charge on my receipt (2.5%). I did cancel my order and got a refund. I asked why there is no sign up or anything stating this fee will be added to your bill.(I think the law requires it now). The reply I got from there was "we are not allowed to put up a sign". Like I said I think the law requires it. And for those that don't know, PIF is a private fee charged by the property to fund the upkeep of the property. And its a fee not a tax so you also get charged sales tax on the fee.

  Worst arbys experience yet. Literally threw the sandwich together and poured cheese over the top.
