  I live 15 minutes outside of town. This is probably my 6th or 7th time ordering the EXACT SAME MEAL online. It’s not a hard or confusing order. Two buffalo tender meals with the sauce in to go cups, a side of fries and coleslaw. See, not difficult. I don’t know how the staff manages to get this order wrong every single time? I either end up with sides missing, no sauce, or an entire meal totally gone. Like Ive worked in food service, I’ve taken online orders all day. It’s not hard to look at an order and provide the customer with what they wanted, but somehow at rib city I always end up getting jipped. If I’m paying close to $50 before tip, I expect the service to be 10/10 and all of my food in the bag when I take it home. Tonight was sub par, as the last 6 or 7 times I’ve ordered online have been. The girl at the front was not kind, didn’t even bother to take out her AirPods to listen while I explained that I’m missing half my order. Wasn’t cooperative at all when I asked why two of my sides weren’t in my to go boxes. Like really? It’s not hard to show a little respect and do your job properly. Hopefully this improves in the future, if not I don’t recommend ordering anything online. Wingstop is right next door and they don’t forget anything when you order it online

  My family went here a couple weeks ago. The service was great, especially considering we came in toward the end of the evening. The food on the other hand was highly disappointing. The Mac and cheese was pasty and overcooked, the buns were dried out, the meat was tough and not very warm, the coleslaw tasted like something you might buy in bulk at Sam’s Club. The onion rings were good though. Overall, would not recommend the food, but thanks for the great service!

  Flat out plain and simple the wait staff was nice. However the. Food was 100 % trash will not be back save your money and time

  I've been here twice, and the servers were always very kind and attentive. I liked the atmosphere and the location is very nice. Only 4 stars because the food was good, but served at what seemed like room temperature both times I was there.
