  First time at Wing Stop. Was very excited Montrose had something new but not impressed at all. Chicken sandwich was like a school lunch sandwich. Bun was hard and the chicken patty extremely thin and small. The wait time seems extreme (20 mins) when they’re only cooking chicken and fries. Would suggest, making more than one order at a time. For the price paid for 2 combos, expected better quality of good. Additionally, no garbage cans anywhere except for teeny tiny one for straw wrappers that’s too small to serve a purpose. No napkins only a communal paper towel roll. Very odd setup!

  This place is horrible. First time we went few days ago and stood at the register for 15 minutes and nobody helped us. We walked out. Second time we went and it took over 30 minutes for our food. Place is very small. The wings were dry and they had absolutely no flavor. We got Garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian and Cajun Rub. Worst wings we have ever had.

  Been here twice both times the wings were not sauces, greasy and get soggy. Multiple times my order was not correct. I was excited about a wing stop here in Montrose, but for this service and food I’ll continue to drive to grand junction. Made a complaint after spending $60 dollars and no communication from a manager or owner since. At least when I have an issue with the location in grand junction the owner reached out to me. So sad to see a new business already showing this sort of inconsistency at such an early stage.

  Worse fries, wings, and corn ive ever had in my life, first and last time trying wingstop, drove across town for absolute garbage, workers were friendly though, and ill be real, the ranch and blue cheese dip are amazing, best part of the meal, but I feel like a parent thats not "mad but disappointed" but also mad at the same time, im mad and disappointed with the "hot new food place in town" take it with a grain of salt, what do I know, but in my opinion, dont eat here

  I waited for my food for almost 2 hours , when I first got there.. there was chicken on the floor , they were touching their faces then touched my veggies. Absolutely rude and no customer service. I saw 15 people walk out pissed and upset that there food wasn’t ready. Oh also they were making food for people who weren’t there , their food sat on that shelf for over 45 minutes!!! They are asking for our community to get salmonella. My fries were thrown at me and oh wait can’t forget that I have to wait over an hour and half but the manger on shift with the bread and no hair net can go get a drink and sit around. If they would’ve hired me it would not be ran like that at all. First impressions are everything in Montrose and it’s sad to see such a good food place go down cause people don’t know how to work or do their job right . Customers should always leave happy and pleased and I for sure didn’t! Get your act together!
