  Took forever to get our food and one of the employees kept yelling from the kitchen at the waitress to come back. We were told they were short handed in the kitchen and that is why it took an hour to get our food while other tables got theirs. Orders were missing things. Seems like very poor management at this Rib City. I’ve been to all the others and they are a lot better.

  I specifically picked this place for my family because we love good ribs, and, well, It's named Rib City. They brought out the ribs and right away I was not impressed by the looks. Then I tried to cut them with a knife. They were so overcooked and dry I could hardly get through them. I ate a piece and asked if they would cook some more that were not as overcooked. They brought out another rack with the same dryness and still overcooked with very little meat on the bones. The menu even says "Our promise to you: If you have to pick up a knife to eat our baby back ribs, we will pick up your meal". I paid anyway. So disappointed. A waist of time and money.

  This place used to be so good. We came in about an hour before they closed and by the time we got our food we were the last people in the store. Our food was cold, the service was awful (they couldn't even refill my daughter's water) and the waitress got my mother in law's order completely wrong from the drink to an entirely different entree and then the Kitchen was shut down so she couldn't order anything else. Respectfully to all wanting to go here for a nice dinner, DON'T, maybe lunch crew is better but that was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time.

  We were there on Nov. 30. First the place didn’t look like it was open very dark on the outside. My husband really wanted to eat there. I didn’t but I gave in. We were the only ones in the restaurant which should have said something to my husband. But it didn’t. He had the brisket sandwich platter. He said it was so-so. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs which were not fall of the bone as advertised. When meat was on them was hard to find, dry and tough. I also ordered the potato as a side and immediately sent it back when it was placed in front of me. It was all mustard. Green beans were ok. I would not recommend eating at this establishment. Applebees next door was packed. That should tell you something. After our dinner heading back to our hotel we found Horsefly bar and grill. Stopped in for a drink and had some food that was delicious. Don’t waste your money on Rib City

  Don't eat here. Always disappointing tiny portions, average food at best and the owner keeps a lot of the tips for himself. Don't support this place. Go to Jimmers instead and support a good small business that actually cares about their staff
