The employee who took my order was rude and standoffish from the start. When my drink was made incorrectly and I politely pointed it out, they talked behind the window assuming I wouldn’t hear, saying I had to pay for their mistake. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This Montrose location seriously needs better customer service training.

However, most times when I come through, the tall blond (mostly afternoons) is incredibly rude and short with customers. Lately every time I order a London Fog, it’s just a hot tea when I get home or to work with it. Super frustrating. Today, I went in for the ornament right at 10 and the girl taking orders in the drive thru skipped over me to a car that seemed to have her friends in it. Let that go and then I got home and no milk in my London Fog.
- JSJeanie SneepNov 28, 20253.0Just want to say im really disappointed as far as when dutch has their special little gift days or whatever they are...we go to Dutch especially for those special little gifts order 3 drinks just to get them and each time not even 10 cars in the gifts are out...especially upset today went to get the ornaments bought drinks was literally in line for at least 20 minutes got to the window 5 minutes before 10 and was told they couldn't give me my ornaments 5 minutes early...then went back in line ordered another drink and was given only one ornament when deal says one per drink u buy..last week same with the bumper stickers...HONOR WHAT YOU ADVERTISE

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
