I'm not a regular at Dunkin so I wasn't sure what to get, she asked me what I normally drink and what I like and recommended a drink for me! Then walked me through customizing it. Super patient, not annoyed or impatient AT ALL. Then when the hashbrowns came out, the cook made sure to warn me that they were super hot. I wish I lived here so I could visit this crew on the regular! They need raises and promotions!

They don't know how to make a blended peppermint mocha, They couldn't figure out the computer in the drive-thru. Another afternoon my daughter and her friends walked in and no one would help them or take their order. They stood at the counter for 5-10min. Finally saw a girl and had to ask her if they could order please???? What is going on with the Afternoon shift?
