After walking all morning and driving for three hours, we were looking forward to a stress free dinner that we could easily pick up and take home. We placed an order at 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:00pm. We arrived at 4:45. At 4:55 the app said the order was complete and ready to be picked up so we went in. Inside we were told it actually wasn't ready and that theyd announce our name when it was, so we sat down inside to wait. 20 minutes later I went to the counter to ask for an update. A different employee met me, asked for the name, and promptly grabbed it off the shelf. IT WAS READY THE ENTIRE TIME. The first guy didn't even look to see if it was on the shelf. This was a very disappointing experience and we'll be looking for other pizza options in the future.
