Ordered for my family got burgers and chicken baskets was told to pull to the side and wait. Waited for 30 minutes. Chicken tenders were cold so the fries. Other cars that pulled after me got their food we were the last ones to get our food and everything was cold. Only two burgers were warm. Went to speak to a manager and Told the manager wasn’t in and one of the crew members was rude to me and my baby mama. Finally, I was able to talk to your manager almost 2 weeks later after calling repeatedly and was told that I can’t get a refund back. I will never come back to this Store ever again! I was the franchise owner or general manager would do something, but I was given the runaround

Well I tell you, these kids nowadays only care about getting their check and nothing about customer service...so we went there on 11/1/25 at approx 630 p.m. so I ordered a cheeseburger when I got it it was very cold I asked him to Nuke it for just a few seconds and when I got it back I took a bite and the pickles were so hot it burned my lips, after that I got a caramel sundae was supposed to come with my meal when I got it it was all melted it barely went to the edge of the cup so we left we went around cuz I decided I wanted to Dilly bar paid for it and gave him back the Sunday told them that they could have it back and when we drove off I grabbed my Dilly bar and it fell into my lap because it was so soft from being melted dairy Queen used to be my favorite place to eat,I will never go there again we traveled 45 minutes away to get there just to have shity service I was very disappointed thanks teamdairy Queen! You guys are doing a horrible job! Hope I'm the only one who got service like that, otherwise you will be going bankrupt....due to lack of customer service...Boo!!! No more kudos for you .....thanks guys

The employees would rather spend their time hugging and kissing each other in open view then actually preparing food for the customers. The wait times range from poor to unacceptable.

We just left from the drive thru. We pulled up, the microphone prompted us to order. My husband started placing the order and then when he was about done, a girl came through the system and asked what we wanted to order. We were both confused. He asked the girl if she had heard any of the order. She said she couldn’t hear him He turned off the car and she said she still couldn’t hear him so he spoke up. She then said “don’t yell at me, sir”. Turn off your auto greeting if you’re not going to use it and check the volume on your speaker.

The girl taking orders either did not want to be there or something else was going on with her. She would not make eye contact & I had to repeat my order 3 times & she still had to ask for help & couldn’t remember what was ordered. I only ordered a Brownie Blizzard & add cookie dough. This was the first DQ I have been to that the ice cream wasn’t to or above the top of the cup. The Blizzard was fair. I expected to have more than a bite or 2 of brownie & cookie dough in a medium Blizzard. The guy that made it just put it on the counter & said my number. I thought they were supposed to flip them upside down or it was free. I didn’t bother with that. but I didn’t expected to have more than a bite or 2 with brownie & cookie dough. Don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer at this DQ.
