This is not much the employees fault as it is corporate we showed them the receipt and said they would make it and then we had to wait… this is poor training by corporate and management… I feel sorry for the people that have to work here. It used to be fast and timely

Then we got the new cookie crunch parfait this is there soft serve ice cream Oreo and the cookie crunch. They didn’t put Oreos in it but nuts. It was a delivery order so we didn’t even realize till they where gone
