When I called the store for help, I spoke with a woman named Nadia, who claimed to be the manager. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she refused to help me and was completely dismissive. She offered no solution, no apology, and made no effort to make things right. Between the undelivered order, the unusable “apology” coupon, and the unprofessional attitude from the supposed manager, I will not be ordering from this Domino’s again. Terrible service from start to finish.
