The server( Hispanic, with moustache and tattoos) was extremely rude, repeatedly used the F-word while talking to us, and refused to let us sit inside even though it was only 8 PM (store hours say they’re open until 9 PM on weekdays). When we politely asked him to change his gloves because we are vegetarian and didn’t want cross‑contamination from meat, he got angry and accused us of “showing attitude.” If asking for clean gloves is considered attitude, I don’t know what basic customer service even means here. We were ordering two subs with different options, but he refused to customize them properly, saying it was “too time‑consuming.” Does that mean if two different customers come in, they’ll both get the same sub? This completely ruined our meal and left us shocked at how poorly we were treated. Avoid this location if you want even basic respect or hygiene. HORRIBLE Experience!
