  Around 3pm yesterday 4/5 I pulled up and asked for 3 big macs meals with sodas. She then told me the total was 70$. I kept asking her why if each combo is around 10$ and she said because other items were included in the combo other than fries and sodas. I told her tha was not true because a combo just comes with fries and a soda. Another girl came and “helped her” but they were both struggling and asking around to get help. In the end, they said it was 30$. It would be nice if these girls were trained before hopping on this position because I was on a rush and it took me 20 minutes. Thank you!

  Tables were all dirty upon arrival, which isn't surprising since there's no one standing at the counter. No condiments out, so when I needed to ask for ketchup I had to stand at the counter for 3 minutes, while my food was getting cold, just to be ignored. Someone was standing with their back to me just scrolling on their phone. If you choose to come here, don't forgot anything on the kiosk, or you won't be able to get it. I will no be back.

  No front desk or service whatsoever. The inside looks like a bland corporate takeover. We had to order from a kiosk and then when our food came we had to wait at the desk for 5 minutes just to get ketchup and napkins. There is no napkins station or anything. Fries were also soggy and not worth eating. I live relatively close and will not come back to this location.

  How does a brand new location get so much worse than the old location? The employees don't understand English and they are so slow at making the food. I'll place the order on The app and they still will not have my order ready by the time I arrive. It's McDonald's not a fancy restaurant. Literally right next to a high school hire some high school kids that know English. I've been here twice and both times even though I placed the order in the app before I arrived I've been told to go sit and wait.

  USE THE STOPLIGHTS!!!! McDonald’s you have failed. Loveland city civil engineer, you have failed. This McDonald’s is in the worst placement ever! Google Maps needs to make sure it is not telling people to turn onto McWhinney to get to this McDonald’s and Canes. Ever since it went up, the traffic has been annoying to say the least. Every day you have people that decide they need to do a U-turn to get into McDonald’s and it’s almost always illegal as it interferes with traffic… Even worse, so many people end up doing a three point turn. And for whatever reason, it seems like every one of you is in a massive hurry because you will literally cut out into traffic to do this U-turn as if everybody else has a stop sign and you don’t. Use the stoplights to get here and you avoid this problem. Sincerely, Every resident I did three stars to be more neutral in rating as it’s not on the restaurant…
