  Don’t go here. I can see why it’s so poorly rated. I ordered two sandwiches from here for delivery. One was made so horribly wrong it was laughable. When I called in to get it fixed the manager said his employees insisted they made it right. I offered to send him a picture as I was unable to come into the shop. He said best he could do was a credit for a free sandwich. Lo and behold it’s days later and there’s no credit! Dishonest customer service and staff. It’s just terrible.

  Mid food and crazy expensive. Spent $33 for 2 tiny sandwiches, two 1/4 full bags of chips, and one inedible cookie (which claimed to be chocolate chip, but tasted like oatmeal - gross). I used to eat here all the time, but now I remember why I stopped.

  My girlfriend and I went here last week and the music was so loud they couldn't even get my order right. I told them to leave an item off my sub, because I am allergic to it. They gave me the sub with the ingredient that I am allergic to on it and left our subs sitting on a counter. After a long wait my girlfriend asked how much longer we would have to wait for our subs. The guy told her they called them out, but the music was so loud we didn't hear it. I will not be going back if they cannot follow the instructions of not putting something I am allergic to, there's no point in us going back. They offered my girlfriend $20 for it, but that didn't even cover the cost of my giant sub.
