I’ve been a regular at this Wendy’s location for the last four years and I have never seen it in a worse state than it is now. Every employee there looks miserable especially when the general manger (I think) is there. She is shorter, has dark brown or black hair usually up in a bun. But every time I come in and she is there she is yelling at her employees and treating them like garbage and it is disgusting behavior. I’m surprised that anyone is still willing to work there with having to deal with that. The crew is really nice for the most part but I feel awful for them since they have to work in such a toxic work environment. I don’t want to come to this location anymore and would rather drive the longer way to the other store at Centerra. It’s completely unacceptable that people are being treated like that and the owners and higher ups should be ashamed.

Went to this Wendy's for the first time, and was very much not impressed with the service. Went through drive-thru. Said my order, the guy taking my order did not review it just told me my total be ready at the first window. When I drove to the window there was a new person standing there. Told me my total. I asked him to review it, And he barely mumbled out what sounded like to be my order. My total was $30.78. I gave him $40.80. And he gave me only $10 back. I was like whatever forget the $0.03... received no receipt. When I pulled up to the second window, I asked if they put ranch in there. They said oh ranch is $0.50, $0.54 with tax. Gave them $0.60, received no change again. When I got my order, I realized they were missing my extra fries. And I have no way of knowing if I was charged for them since I got no receipt.....
Food was okay, but I absolutely hate it when Wendy's restaurants pre-make the baconator fries. And then when you eat them they're cold and soggy and just so flavorless and upsetting.
Frankly, I think their kids meal is overpriced too too.

Employees are nice and the food was good, not sure what the manager (Bonnie?)’s issue is though. All the night managers are super sweet, but everytime I come in during the day, Bonnie is barking random orders and often acting very patronizing or outright rude to her staff. It got to a point where during one time where an older gentlemen leaned over to me and went “…wouldn’t wanna work with her.” and snickered. If she’s acting that way loud enough to be heard from the lobby, it really makes you wonder how she acts in work groupchats etc.

I went and got some food on my break from work and after giving her my card she said it didnt go threw and asked for it again but she just charged me twice for 2 diffrent amounts it should have been like 10$ i got chared a 10$ charge and a 20$ charge i had to pay 30$ for 10$ worth of food
