There’s no reason why you should be out of back beans and almost both rices at 9:50 when y’all close at 11. Also the two workers working tonight (11/21) were rude and you could tell they did not care at all. I barely got any rice and no beans because yall are out and I asked for extra queso like I always do and never get charged extra, yet tonight even though I didn’t even get half of what a bowl should be filled to, I got charged for the “extra” queso, I think you could take that extra cost since you decided to not do your job correctly. So very disappointed because I like some of the workers there but most just don’t care and it really shows. Something needs to change at that location and soon because it’s just going downhill.

My burrito bowl was missing half the items, and the bowl I received didnt even fill the paper bowl. The printed tag showed what should have been in the bowl, but it was definitely not matching how the bowl was made. The remainder of the items were the opposite, overfilled, extra toppings on one, incorrect extra toppings on another. Having to pick out toppings you didn't want just to eat the food you ordered was a bit disappointing. Doesn't give me any trust in online ordering, and if I have to be in store to get what I want, I'll most likely order elsewhere when I can't be in store.
