  Nothing like showing up, and being told twice it'll be another "five minutes" Just to be told they made the wrong size and have to start over entirely!! It only takes 10-15 minutes to make a pizza anyway, I could have made one from scratch in the amount of time it took me to order drive over here, wait and go back home. Get your stuff together please. I am so sick and tired of these big corporations not hiring enough staff!!! I know it's not the staffs fault there's like one dude in there and a constant flow of people on a crazy busy Friday night! PIZZA HUT THIS IS NOT OKAY TREAT YOUR WORKERS AND CUSTOMERS BETTER !!!!

  Apparently they forgot to put sauce and cheese on 1/4 of the pizza. Also, I ordered 18 wings and received 12. Very disappointing. I will be going to a different location from now on.

  Quality at Pizza Hut isn't good anymore. Skimpy toppings and tastes like a frozen pizza. Disappointing.

  This is to follow up the review from Elijah Markworth because I was in the building when he was there. From what I saw, Elijah had gotten a pizza that he didn’t like because there was no extra sausage or something. When the young lady at the counter explained to him how the topping system in their restaurant works, he wasn’t listening to her and insisted that he ordered extra sausage. When she pointed out to him that the ticket did not say extra sausage on it, he demanded that she get a manager or get a refund. A young man(I assume the manager on duty) came out and assessed the situation same as she did, telling him that there is a limit to how much of a topping they can put on pizzas that had multiple toppings. When Elijah refused to listen, he demanded a refund for it. When the young man denied him a refund for something that wasn’t his fault, things escalated. Elijah continued to raise his voice, had an aggressive tone, wouldn’t even let either of the employees make him another pizza when they offered it to him, just kept insisting for a refund. It even got to the point where he was screaming profanities at the young man. It was around this time that the manager asked him to either calm down or leave. When Elijah kept shouting profanities and even threatened him by saying “Go ahead and call the cops because I’m either taking my aggression out on them or I’m taking it out on you”. The fact that he is pulling the race card in his review is totally unacceptable and pretty scummy as there was no hostilities towards him due to his race. Afterwards, the manager proceeded to have the young lady call the cops and hand me my food, apologizing for the situation and wishing me a good night. The food was amazing and the way that both employees handled the stressful situation was professional and as friendly as they could be. If people really want to, look at Elijah’s other reviews at restaurants and you’ll notice that almost every one that he’s gone to has a 1 star review. I don’t know if it’s genuinely because of the services or he’s trying to scam some free food out of them but I wouldn’t take this guy at face value.
