Do better PANERA ---Your food is now "YUCK" and not worth the high prices.

No, "I'll be with you in a moment". Nothing. Then an older couple walks in and is greeted and told I'll be right with you. They ordered ahead of me. Mishelle said nothing even though she knew i had been waiting long before they got there. Just because i look young doesn't mean I want to be treated differently nor should I have to use self service. Awful service, Mishelle!!

The sweet peppers were a terrible choice; they completely overpowered the steak to the point where you couldn’t taste it at all. The whole thing ended up tasting like a sweet, slightly spicy sandwich instead of a cheesesteak. The steak flavor was buried under a wave of sugary sweetness, leaving me with something closer to a dessert sandwich with a hint of spice. The sandwich did not look anything like the menu, no piled up with meat, etc. Whoever designed this sandwich and approved it for the menu might want to reconsider their career choices.

They didn’t provide a ladle for the soup, my bread, or even fill up my soup. There was a solid 2 inches missing from the top. I tried to call the store twice, it rang until the phone kicked me off. $25 for overpriced soup, poor customer service, & people who don’t know how to answer a freaking phone, but stare at their screens for all hours of the day. Spend your money elsewhere. This company is a joke.
