This truly has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. I have used the curbside pickup via the app around 5 times over the past month and every single time the waiting times are over 10 minutes despite having small orders. On top of that I often clarify I have a severe allergic to onions and request no onions on my burger, however, almost every single time I have received onions on my burger.

This is the best McDonald's around the area. Friendly employees, clean and beat of all refill fountain machine!
For those with young kids, even a play area!

Horrible location charges for sauce but can't even get you warm food. Fries were extremely old and stale and are refried to heat back up. Chicken was like rubber

It's McDonald's, I feel like the standard is pretty low and somehow yall managed to fall short. I've had so many issues here lately, once where the person taking my order talked so quietly I couldn't hear my total correctly, they then proceeded to leave out multiple items from my order. Most recently, I ordered online for delivery. Apparently, they decided to clean the beverage machine right when I ordered my food, which they neglected to tell my doordash driver until he pestered them about why it was taking so long. My delivery time changed multiple times, and they didn't communicate anything whatsoever until 30 minutes after my dasher arrived at the restaurant. This place is poorly run, and the employees don't have any sense of common courtesy. I feel like the driver and myself are both owed an apology.
