  This location ignores their doordash drivers and it looks like it's being done on purpose. I see DoorDashers walk in to pick up an order and you can see the completed order sitting behind the counter in Clearview and the driver is standing there waiting but, the female employees walk by the bag multitudes of times, some of these employees are literally doing nothing except pacing around and attempting to look busy and the customers DoorDash order just sits there getting cold and It's almost as if these female employees Don't speak very good English and they seem to think that they're 'too good' to hand the DoorDash order to the DoorDasher and a lot of times they'll wait until one of the younger guys comes in from delivering food to the parking lot and they'll make the younger guy put the bag on the door dash shelf or hand the bag to the DoorDasher. Things have gotten a little bit better here after an employee named 'Theo' started working at this location. Theo, makes sure The dashers get their orders on time and he gives excellent customer service, which is something that we're not used to getting from this location. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Five stars for Theo.

  Food can have poor presentation sometimes, like cheese burgers with half of the cheese handing off, but otherwise it lives up to a standard mcdonalds. Fairly quick service

  Asked for buffalo sauce and got ranch instead, said it twice. It’s 11:47pm, yall think I want to go back? Need to put someone that actually talks English without issues ong.

  I was cursed out by a teenage employee. Instead of reprimanding him or firing him, I was physically assaulted by the female manager on duty. I have reported this to the appropriate agencies, police, etc. I have also written an email to HQ.

  We had been told to pull around for our order to park. This was a mobile order place aprx. 5 minutes before we arrived. Pulling forward to park is not a problem we understand, you get busy. However we had been parked for about 18 minutes before a very rude young lady asked us if we had the cheeseburger order. While she was clearly holding a large bag of food and a happy meal as well. We showed her our receipt and we spoke the order number out loud. She then did not respond and proceeded to another parked vehicle. We watched her then walk back inside still holding all the food she came out with. We assumed that this point in time that they have mixed up multiple orders on accident. We waited another couple minutes hoping the young girl was working on a solution. A younger man came out very friendly by the way, actually asking questions to problem solve the situation. He apologized in a very professional manner. We gave him our receipt, we advised us he is going to resolve the situation and asked if he could add a large fries order for the inconvenience. We advise him we would be ok with that but more importantly to take the receipt and remake the order so nothing would be forgotten. About 5 more minutes passed and an older gentleman presumably the on site manager had come out to bring us our food. He advised that he had added the extra large fries as well. All was well and we headed back home for the night. To our surprise when we arrived home and opened the bag of food we found we are missing 3 items. I guess when this location is faced with a situation they rush to move you along and not make sure they have correctly solved the problems. Not sure how they would like to compensate for this. But I have a few suggestions if anyone is willing to listen
