  My girlfriend and I went here last week and the music was so loud they couldn't even get my order right. I told them to leave an item off my sub, because I am allergic to it. They gave me the sub with the ingredient that I am allergic to on it and left our subs sitting on a counter. After a long wait my girlfriend asked how much longer we would have to wait for our subs. The guy told her they called them out, but the music was so loud we didn't hear it. I will not be going back if they cannot follow the instructions of not putting something I am allergic to, there's no point in us going back. They offered my girlfriend $20 for it, but that didn't even cover the cost of my giant sub.

  The music was so loud they couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear them. We both asked for no tomatoes on our sandwiches, but one of them still had tomatoes. Then we sat and waited for a long time, then I finally asked how much longer it would be and that we've been waiting for a while. They said our sandwiches had been sitting there and that they called us. I told them we couldn't hear them because the music was so loud. What was weird, was we kept looking over at them wondering where our food was. They saw us looking and never said anything. They saw us still.aittimg waiting. Why would they not try to get our attention? Specially when we kept looking over and they saw us looking at them?

  Extremely rude workers, refused to help me redeem a coupon I had via the app, then I ended up paying full price for the wrong order.

  I have been to many JJ’s. Today, I have to say it was the best experience I’ve had at any visit. The friendly staff stood out the most; the food was prepared exactly as ordered, and the fountain drink was good! The establishment was clean and inviting. Did I say the staff was excellent?!?!?? Best location, hands down!!!
