    I have been to many JJ’s. Today, I have to say it was the best experience I’ve had at any visit. The friendly staff stood out the most; the food was prepared exactly as ordered, and the fountain drink was good! The establishment was clean and inviting. Did I say the staff was excellent?!?!?? Best location, hands down!!!

    Ordereda Bootlegger (#14). fir delivery. Rushed in phone, rushed the order. Asked for extra lettuce, extra onion, and green peppers. No green peppers available! Seriously?? What sub shop doesn't have green peppers!? Asked for vinegar in the side. Driver showed up with a disgusting vineager DRESSING. Got *that* in my fridge! Service a little TOO fast,and as said, rushed in phone for order. Huh. I TETUNED sandwich before I even opened it. Asked for refund. If I wanted vinegar dressing ony sandwich, I'd have NOT asked for red vinegar. WILL NOT RETURN to this site. EVER. Jimmy Johns, what a let down. If you don't know diff btwn red vinegar and salad from *think* salad dressing .. weel BOO! Returned sandwich unopened, and asked for COMPLETE refund. Lost my biz and I'll be sure to let my friend know.. should've explained to me what was what as far as "vinegar DRSSINGas opposed to red vinegar. Also, why don't you grab some green peppers, eh? Some of us like them. Again: Huh. Sorely lacking. In LOTS of areas. Never, ever again. I'll stick with Silvermine Subs. For good! Shoulda known better!

    Good thing my wife isn’t allergic to avocado, because her no avocado sandwich had little flecks of avocado all over it. Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill after they started outsourcing their deliveries to third party services like DoorDash. Orders take forever, fees are higher, and they ignore simple delivery instructions. Also, the app recommends tips based on the TOTAL instead of the subtotal. This means they’re asking you to add gratuity based on costs beyond the cost of your food including their own added fees and taxes. Scummy practices all around.

    Ordered pickup while in traffic. Show up 15 minutes after ordering and it was already gone. The sandwich “engineers” and “doctors” behind the counter loudly said, “that’s what happens when you don’t pick it up immediately,” as if it was my fault. So the manager had to remake the order and even got it wrong the second time. This staff is rude, incompetent, and disorganized. Go elsewhere.
